Retreat Highlights
Lynn and Tracey have been leading retreat getaways together for a little over five years. As E-RYT 500 instructors, they are passionate about spending time in nature, building community, and teaching others how to love the hell out of themselves. Having met nearly a decade ago, Lynn and Tracey have developed a deep friendship and nearly perfect working relationship. They are wildly different yet often on the same page. Their differences in personality and teaching styles help to curate the best of all worlds for an unforgettable retreat experience.
Additionally, Lynn is super passionate about leading retreats throughout the world. Her first international retreat in Urbino, Italy was wildly successful and she will be heading to the Dolomites (Italian Alps) in June of 2026! This retreat sold out in less than a month! We were able to secure a few more spots so please reach out if you're interested!
Look for upcoming adventures in the near future! Some of the places we'd like to explore next include Greece, Iceland, and Spain!

Join us every November for our annual reception and Fundraiser for our outreach programs! We are so grateful for our commUNITY and each November we love to get together and celebrate YOU! We have awesome raffle prizes donated by local businesses throughout the area. The money raised from the raffle helps us provide classes to those is need and also supports our outreach programs, including Yoga en Español and providing scholarship money for one of the students in our 200 hour YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) program!

2020 looked different and we weren’t able to celebrate in person. We missed you and hope you know how much we appreciate you. Our commUNITY wouldn’t be the BEautiful space, energy, and family that it without all of YOU. Thank you! Many of you are asking how you can still donate. You can do so through the link below. The Light Within is committed to service and we actively seek out these opportunities within the community. One of our most exciting opportunities includes sharing yoga with our Latino and Spanish speaking population! We work with the Garage Youth Center to offer yoga to its students whenever we can. We have offered yoga to the community through partnership programs with the Avon Grove Library, community parks, and senior centers and organizations.
We also provide yoga to those who are not able to afford it or who might be experiencing a financial hardship. Our commUNITY card is there for those in need. We have extended the use of this card to our commUNITY members and we need your help to replenish it. In addition, each year, we also do our best to provide at the very minimum a half, if not full, scholarship for our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Some OMazing instructors have come out of our program and have also benefited from this scholarship. If you would like to help us sustain these programs, please consider donating.
